Wow what a year! Imagine I’ve been to Singapore last month and now Boracay!!!! I say when it rain it really pours : ) There are years that I haven’t visit a new place but now I’ve been on two in just half a year.
Boracay is a company outing here at OMSI. All expense paid! Did I say WOW? Hehehe. I’ve invited my best friend Grace to come with us since it was allowed though she has to pay for the travel and room. We left the office on June 9 in the afternoon around 2 pm. It was Friday then. We travel through Negros Navigation since all promo flight to Boracay was taken. We board at around three in the afternoon. It sailed around six or seven in the evening. I don’t know why it was delayed but one thing is for sure most of the boys were knockout by fundador even before the sailing begun. Imagine they were really loud in the second fundador. Good thing our rooms were separated from them or we will also burden the shame of knowing those people hehehe.

We arrived at Caticlan on Saturday morning and then ride a boat to Boracay. Boracay is such a paradise even at these time of the year. We stayed at Bamboo resort at station three. There we ate our meal, which were just all canned goods. Were on limited budget hehehe. On Boracay we ride a banana boat, went island hopping. snorkling and sightseeing. Most of the boys went to station one not only to see the view there but also see foreigner who are topless. Boys will be boys. There are also a mall there but we were unable to roam around due to lack of time. At night we also visited bars. We dance like crazy due to persuasion of Sir Cedric. We also played games since Sir Cedric would give a price to a winning team. Everybody was a winner coz the prize was used for dinner. We went shopping for “pasalubong” on the third day. For our last day, I tried to see the Grotto at station one but unable to reach the area due to eye irritation cause by sun block. Too bad. I promise to see the place first if ever I’ll be on Boracay again. We ride through Negros Navigation again on our way back to Manila but I don’t remember riding it coz I was already tired and went to sleep.
It was nice and fun to be in Boracay!!! Every body must visit the place!

Finally! I was able to have an out-of-the country trip! I went to SINGAPORE!!! With my Mother : ) We were there to visit my father and of course vacation. Actually I was just a chaperon to my mom. She doesn’t want to go there alone so I insisted to be the chaperon. Hehehe. Of course we need to ride a plane to go there. Which excite and scared me at the same time coz it is my first time to ride a plane. Plus the fact that the weather on the day before was rainy, which made me pray to God He would take care of us. Hehehe. Good thing God listens to my prayer coz at the time of our flight it was already shinny. We ride Jet airways plane for 3 hrs. No free meals for us but there are food for sale. Coffee cost 100 plus just like starbucks but taste like Nescafe. It sucks.!
Singapore is an amazing country, it is so small compared to us yet there are lots of trees and very, very clean. Another thing that I like are buses with designated number stopping at designated places. There are also estimated time of bus arrival and a lot of direction written almost everywhere. In their mrt, brochures are free. The only down side when you ride at their mrt?? There is a stingy smell from I don’t know if Indian or other people from other nation. Riding in there bus would cost you some Singapore cent. But if you would compare it in peso, it would cost almost 30 bucks for ride on the next block. Taxi would be a lot more expensive! Better have a top card for bus and mrt ride to lessen the hassle. People there don’t care most of the time but kind enough to answer when you ask them question or direction.
My parents and I visited places like Sentosa, Lion city, Singapore park etc. Mall at Singapore are everywhere. My mother and I also went to Ate Ayie’s place. Cocoy’s older sister. She has a new born baby and soooo cute! Most of the apartment there are in building kinda condominium style. I’ve been sick on this week visit to Singapore due to non-stop walking and sightseeing hehehe. But it did not stop me to go places in Singapore : ) On my last day I was already performing sign language to my parents since I wasn’t able to talk anymore. Thank God for this chance to see Singapore! I hope this won’t be the last time. I hate going back to Philippines coz it means work again. But I have to go back to reality ….

This is long overdue but I only got time to write this now.
I know most people at my age been in Baguio but not me. It’s kinda weird and corny that I’ve been only there now. But what can I say? I JUST REALLY HAVE’NT BEEN THERE!
There are many reasons why I’ve never been there but I don’t want to discuss that. What I want to write here is how beautiful baguio is. Especially when the night is cold and there is fog around. It felt like I’m in another country when in baguio.
I went there together with my boss (JM), Mark, and lolo (our driver). Normel went with Mark2 – his friend. But we saw him when we are going to some places at baguio. Going there seem forever land and trees. Plus the fact that the van we borrowed took repairs. It usually over heat until finally we decided to go to a repair shop.
We just rented a room there for 150 per day per person. Kinda cheap if you will go to other hot spot in the country. We went to the usual place people go when there in baguio like mines view etc. But what we did really is shopping to the max! We bought flowers for Halloween, fruits and of course accessories, shirt and whatever we fancy. My boss even bought Christmas décor. It was very cheap. I like shopping at “ukay-ukay” in baguio coz it is really cheap and good quality. It is no wonder that the whole van was full of the stuff we bought and almost no space for us to sit.
We also happen to see the Halloween special of SM Baguio where in there is a costume contest. WE had pictures with them. I hope I don’t look like one of them. Hehehehe.

Armin, our friend and my best friend’s hubby is returning to Dubai after a month of vacation.
He and his girlfriend (Grace) decided to throw a despedida party at our house. But of course the food will be charge to them! Hehehe. Attendees include Neil (who is also our taga-tagay and came first to our house, gosh your so early cho that’s is why you saw me look like a maid harhar), Lloyd (who was so late), Omeng and Khirby ( who leave so early, I hope both of you don’t have anywhere to go next time we have this kind of celebration!!), Buggy (who leave earlier than Omeng and Khirby but kinda understandable coz she is married), Daisy with her boyfriend Ian (thank you Ian for taking our pictures and Order harhar and thank you Daisy for lending your bf hehehe). Coy (who leave late this time, around 2 am! o my! is that u?) We also went to E and going there was so funny coz we have to walk when we are so satiated with the food we ate and the alley was so dark. And almost no people in the alley. We felt that any moment an “aswang” will be out to eat us hehehe. Good thing that DARNA was there. Oh sorry it was just a message alarm tone from Omeng. We were kinda bored at E so we went back to our house after one bottle of san mig. By the way, Armin and Gre has a picture there were Armin look like he drank to much beer and Grace was his entertainer. Harhar.

At home, we drank Vodka Absolute! My God I was so drunk I felt that I’m numb and hardly able to stand-up. The rest of the guys seem fine but somehow tipsy. I hardly remember what we talk about, all I remember was drinking that Vodka Absolute coz it doesn’t taste so well no matter how many times I’ve drink it. We pack up at 2 am coz some of us still needs to work and mainly because there is no more Vodka harhar.
The event was a lot of fun as always too bad chie, denz and ole was not there. Better luck next time! : ) We will miss you Armin, take care always and God bless!
